Oh wow! It's been so long since I've last posted anything that I had no idea the template had changed!
And yes... I am still alive. Oh well. I'm sure no one was worried about that anyway. I've just been occupied with other things. My first year in Uni is almost over, I got a job as a WWF fundraiser (for me, a dream come true), I've started doing more exercise and lets admit it, I've given most of my time to a very special person.
But SPRING IS FINALLY HERE and I'm feeling more and more artistic everyday. I've been painting quite a lot and my Big Baby (aka. Canon EOS 50D) is also getting out of the bag more often.
I gotta say that the new shots probably won't follow the same style most people are used to seeing from me. (As only a few people have had the chance to check out the folders on my comp.)
I will be posting a new series of pictures called "Letting go." They're basically the best shots of my project to randomly shoot random thing from random angles. That's because I think I've got too stiff with my pictures. They've got too premeditated and I'm not quite happy with that.
So... now the plan is to LET GO and see if I can learn new things and perhaps adopt some new things in my photography.
Most of the shots I'll be posting won't be post-processed in any way (except adding my watermark) or even cropped. That's not absolute tho as the colors look a lot more vivid on my camera LCD screen and it's sometimes hard to know how much contrast and saturation I should use. That's why I might end up tweaking the colors every now and then or making some other small corrections. The basic idea is still that, what comes out of the camera is final.
I hope this series won't make anyone jump the ship.
Cheers!
