Boiled eggs with smoked salmon and chives.

Hmm. I don't know. Don't think I've ever used it. Some kind of sweet&sour pork or chicken with basmati rice? Or oven cooked salmon marinated with that? I'm shooting pretty blind here. ;P

It is pretty thick and has a lot of palm sugar in it. My friend from Indoinesia says it's very sweet so, I am waiting to hear her advice...

Thank you. This is what I did if you want to try: Boil eggs until completely cooked. Cut in half and take yolks out in a bowl. Add some smoked salmon and finely cut chives and mix with a fork until smooth. Add some salt and pepper to taste and fill the halves with the mixture.
